Ivashchuk also maintains a niche practice in the area of upscale retail, restaurant and hospitality leasing. Her clients include public and private companies, developers, banks, family offices, celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries.
She’s been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers and is a 40 Under 40 Award Recipient from the South Florida Business Journal. She received the Latin America Deal of the Year and Refinancing Deal of the Year by M&A Advisor Awards.
