As Partner with Seyfarth Shaw’s Atlanta office, Iryna Ivashchuk offers advice and legal counsel related to the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial and residential real estate across the country and internationally. She has significant experience assisting clients with both single and portfolio real estate transactions involving multifamily assets, condominium projects, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial properties and undeveloped land.

Ivashchuk also maintains a niche practice in the area of upscale retail, restaurant and hospitality leasing. Her clients include public and private companies, developers, banks, family offices, celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries.

She’s been recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers and is a 40 Under 40 Award Recipient from the South Florida Business Journal. She received the Latin America Deal of the Year and Refinancing Deal of the Year by M&A Advisor Awards.

Ivashchuk’s community and professional affiliations include leadership positions on the Ukrainian American Bar Association and a board member with the Florida Venture Forum.
