In her position as Partner with Troutman Pepper in Atlanta, Anna Altizer Dix represents commercial real estate clients in acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing transactions, as well as in financing matters. A significant portion of her practice involves representing national developers in assembling, acquiring, developing, and financing mixed-use student housing projects.

Dix’s experience includes representing multicampus health care systems in development, acquisition, and leasing transactions. She has also represented borrowers and lenders in complex financing transactions, including construction loans, traditional financing, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.

As part of her ongoing pro bono work, Dix represented various tenants in COVID-19-related leasing matters through the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. Dix also serves as a program mentor for Emory University’s 1915 Scholars and participated in Teach for America as a Los Angeles Corps Member.

Her accolades being named as Chamber USA: Real Estate, Georgia’s “Associates to Watch” and named among the “Ones to Watch” Georgia: Real Estate Law by The Best Lawyers in America.
