John Griggs, Presidium
John Griggs, Presidium’s Co-CEO and Co-Founder, is a seasoned entrepreneur and legal professional based in Dallas, Texas. He co-founded Presidium, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and management firm, in 2003. Under his leadership, the company has grown to manage a national portfolio valued at approximately $2.5 billion, encompassing over 6,000 apartment units and master-planned mixed-use projects totaling over 15 million square feet.
Griggs was a Southwest Regional Finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year award. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
These are some of the reasons why John Griggs was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Owner/Investor of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
