Brian Dinerstein, Dinerstein Companies
Brian Dinerstein is the CEO of The Dinerstein Companies (TDC), a vertically integrated apartment developer and operator with $3.8 billion in Assets Under Management. With a geographic footprint extending from Florida to California, TDC currently ranks as one of the largest “green” multifamily developers in the country, with $4.7 billion in LEED-certified products completed or under construction.
Dinerstein is a frequent speaker and panelist on construction and development at local and national events. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Silver Council and is on the Board of Directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Dinnerstein also serves on the Executive Committee of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, the University of Texas Real Estate Advisory Board and is active with in the Houston Chapter of YPO.
Dinerstein’s leadership has earned the company multiple accolades including USGBC Green Builder of the Year. He graduated from Vanderbilt University. These are some of the reasons why Brian Dinerstein was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s first annual AB 100 Owner/Investor of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
