Ian Mattingly, LUMA Residential
As president of LUMA Residential, Ian Mattingly oversees the company’s daily operations. He also assists in sourcing and underwriting potential acquisitions for LUMA’s affiliates, managing due diligence on new properties, supervising value-added rehab and construction projects, and supporting portfolio and asset management.
LUMA currently manages 30 multifamily communities totaling nearly 7,500 units.
Before joining LUMA, Mattingly was a research analyst and broker with Apartment Realty Advisors (now Newmark) in Denver, Colorado Springs, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. He is an active member of the National Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. In the community, he is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Montessori: New Beginnings Academy.
