Carlos Vaz, CONTI Capital
Carlos Vaz is the Founder and CEO of CONTI Capital, a real estate investment firm that acquires, manages and sponsors multifamily properties across the United States. He is skilled in identifying high-potential markets and creating long-term value. Vaz has been involved in over $2.5 billion of real estate transactions since 2008.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Real Estate Council of Dallas. He also serves on the boards of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Harvard Club of Dallas.
The Dallas Business Journal named Vaz a Most Admired CEO on its 40 Under 40 list. He has helped CONTI earn a place on the Inc. 5000, Dallas 100 and Middle Market 50 lists several times.
A recognized thought leader in the multifamily industry, Vaz is a regular guest speaker at many events, such as MFE (Multifamily Executive), Crittenden Multifamily, Marcus & Millichap and IMN Conferences. He also supports several community causes.
Vaz graduated from Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program.
