Experienced with transit-oriented developments in Northern Virginia

More than 15 years of experience in real estate and land law use

As a commercial real estate and land use/urban development attorney with Hunton Andrews Kurth’s Washington DC office, Jill Parks counsels clients in all aspects and stages of the land planning, zoning and development process.

She has experience with significant, transit-oriented developments in Northern Virginia and helps major developers and national, regional and local companies navigate the approval process required for their office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, residential and large planned community projects. Parks also presents client proposals to public bodies, concerned homeowners’ associations and community groups, thereby working to ensure a smooth land use approval process. Notable experiences include re-entitlements, assemblages and redevelopment.

Parks joined Andrews Kurth earlier this year from Cooley LLP, where she practiced real estate and land law use for more than 15 years.

These are some of the reasons why we are honoring Jill Parks with Connect CRE’s 2022 Washington DC Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
