Damon Juha

As a Partner with Freeman Freeman & Smiley’s Los Angeles office, Damon Juha helps clients acquire, sell, lease and manage commercial properties throughout the United States (and occasionally abroad).  He represents landlords and tenants and buyers and sellers equally. Clients come to Juha for some of their more significant transactions, including leases in excess of 1 million square feet and single transactions totaling more than $1 billion in consideration. 

Juha was a contributing author to “Real Estate: Getting the Deal Through,” and has been a presenter and speaker at various events. He received an  AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review and has been included in the Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.

Juha is active in the Urban Land Institute and City of Hope, in addition to being involved with his temple and children’s school.
