Brian Kang, Chair of Greenberg Glusker’s Real Estate Group in Los Angeles, has experience in a broad range of real estate transactions. These include the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial, retail, multifamily and industrial properties. His client base consists of real estate investors, developers, financial institutions, national universities and REITS.

Transactions have included seller representation in a $150 million, 21-property industrial portfolio and landlord representation in a 1-million-square-foot lease to a global athletic retail company.

Kang is active within the Los Angeles community. He is currently representing the Korean American National Museum as outside real estate counsel on a pro bono basis. He also serves on the board of governors for the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California and served as President of KABA-SoCal in 2018.

Recognized for his work in real estate law, Kang has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in America list and in Southern California Super Lawyers.
