Caroline Dreyfus

Caroline Dreyfus is a Partner with Cox, Castle’s Los Angeles office. With more than 23 years of experience, Dreyfus specializes in large, complex financing transactions involving all kinds of loans from construction to mezzanine loans and multi-state portfolio loans. She also provides guidance to remedy troubled real estate loans.

Dreyfus has represented every type of lender from large national banks and life insurance companies to private debt funds and regional banks and represents clients across the full spectrum of property types. These include multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, student housing, senior housing, single family home developments and raw land.

Dreyfus is currently on the executive committee for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property section as well as a planning committee member for the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium. She is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). Previously, she was the chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Finance subsection and is previous Chair of the Real Property Section.

She has been included in Best Lawyers (Real Estate Law) and Southern California Super Lawyers. Other honors include Rising Stars (Southern California Super Lawyers), Women of Achievement (Century City Chamber of Commerce) and Outstanding Young Lawyer (Los Angeles County Bar Association).
