R. Ramin Kamfar, Bluerock
R. Ramin Kamfar has served as Bluerock’s Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since the company was founded in 2002. He is also CEO and Chair of related entity Bluerock Homes Trust Inc. Additionally, Kamfar is Chairman of the Board for the Bluerock Total Income + Real Estate Fund, the Bluerock High Income Institutional Credit Fund and Bluerock Industrial Growth REIT. He has spearheaded the acquisition and development of 7,500 apartment units.
To mark Bluerock’s 20th anniversary, Kamfar announced that the company would partner with The Nature Conservancy to finance the planting of 20,000 trees nationwide.
Kamfar received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.
