Joseph Lubeck, American Landmark
Joseph Lubeck is the Founder and CEO of American Landmark and the chair of American Landmark’s Senior Executive Management and Investment Committees. He oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, from finance to property management.
Lubeck is an expert in value-add and distressed real estate repositioning and multifamily acquisitions, operations and dispositions. Over the last 15 years, Lubeck has overseen four successful multifamily portfolio builds totaling 100,000 units and valued over $7 billion.
Lubeck also founded Landmark Apartment Trust, which sold its portfolio for $1.9 billion in 2015. After that, Lubeck and his partners returned to the private sector and launched a new portfolio build under the American Landmark brand.
He obtained a JD from the Delaware Law School and is active in multiple civic and charitable endeavors.
