Since joining Olive Tree in 2019, Ted Slevin, the firm’s Chief of Staff, has played a pivotal role in the acquisition and financing of 27 properties. The portfolio now spans across seven states this includes: Georgia, Texas, Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Wisconsin. Additionally, Slevin provides legal support across all business operations.

Slevin is a real estate attorney with extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate finance transactions. Slevin regularly takes time to teach, motivate and collaborate with co-workers.

Slevin was previously Managing Director of Legal at Meridian Capital Group.
