Gabriel Levinson recently joined Haynes Boone LLP as the New York-based chair of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on litigating complex and general commercial business disputes, including corporate, business tort and breach of contract claims and commercial real estate disputes.

In his role, Levinson prosecutes and defends claims arising from a variety of business litigation areas, including commercial lease and asset purchase disputes, acquisitions, mergers, corporate governance disputes, proxy contests, joint venture disputes, emergency injunctive actions, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, employment disputes and breach-of-contract disputes. He has secured jury and non-jury verdicts in the areas of corporate, real estate, entertainment and insurance recovery litigation. Levinson also arbitrates and mediates cases before multiple tribunals, including the American Arbitration Association and the Judicial and Mediation Services.

Levinson previously as chair of the Real Estate Litigation group at Polsinelli and was a shareholder in its Commercial Litigation Practice.

He has been recognized by New York Super Lawyers.
