Jacquelyn Anderson

As a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group, Jacquelyn Anderson is a key member of the team responsible for legal matters affecting RMR. She is recognized by colleagues as a trusted business partner, a team-focused manager and an accomplished legal professional who has made important contributions towards RMR’s growth into a $37 billion alternative asset manager, unique for its focus on commercial real estate.

Her job involves oversight of nine legal professionals in their production of high quality legal work. A major transaction of note included Industrial Logistics Property Trust’s $4 billion acquisition and financing of Monmouth Real Estate Corp. in 2022. Throughout the process, Anderson helped ensure the timely flow of large volumes of information, as well as the review of memos and recommendations.

Prior to joining RMR in 2004, Anderson was at Bingham, McCutchen LLP, where she focused on commercial real estate.
