Bryan Connolly, Managing Partner with DLA Piper’s Boston office, concentrates his practice on real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures, land use and zoning. He has represented owners and developers throughout the entire development life cycle. He has experience negotiating development agreements and land disposition agreements with private parties and public entities.

His transactional practice includes multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolio financings, acquisitions and dispositions. Clients range from multi-national companies conducting cross-border transactions, pension fund advisors, real estate investment funds, and real estate developers.

He recently counselled clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and partnerships on transactions ranging in value from $10 million to $500 million, in markets including Boston, New York, San Francisco, Southern California, Southern Florida, Atlanta, Illinois, Texas and Colorado.

Connolly has been recognized by Chambers USA as Band 4, Massachusetts Real Estate, Recognized Practitioner, Massachusetts Real Estate and Up and Coming, Massachusetts Real Estate. Other honors include Next Generation Partner (The Legal 500 United States), Commercial Real Estate Attorney of the Year (Boston Real Estate Times) and “Go-To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer” (Massachusetts Lawyer Weekly).

The Quincy Community Action Programs honored Bryan with its Extra Mile Community Award. He serves his community through leadership positions with the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Spirit Adventure Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Milton Zoning Board of Appeals.
