As managing director of NAI James E. Hanson’s Institutional Services Group, William Ericksen, CCIM, has provided the firm’s clients with tailored investment, leasing and advisory services.
In October 2024, Ericksen and his team closed one of the largest industrial outdoor storage sales in New Jersey’s history—the $156.3 million sale of a 49-acre portfolio of six properties across Kearny and Harrison, NJ. Three months after the closing, Ericksen led the completion of another substantial IOS transaction—the $32.25-million sale of an 8.84-acre site in South Plainfield, NJ.
Ericksen is involved with many of NAI James E. Hanson’s charitable initiatives. He helps fundraise for causes like the American Cancer Society, donates much-needed food to the Center for Food Action New Jersey (CFANJ) and provides financial support to behavioral health and social services organizations like New Jersey-based Youth Consultation Services (YCS).
Ericksen was recognized as the Meadowlands Chamber’s Emerging Leader.
These are just a few reasons we chose William Ericksen as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
