As a Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Alternative Investment Advisory Group (AIAG) team, Grant Potter focuses on office tenant representation for alternative investment firms, playing a critical role in identifying new client opportunities and supporting existing client relationships.

Potter has handled several notable lease transactions, including First Sentier Investors (18,000 square feet at 1290 Avenue of the Americas), Pointstate Capital (20,000 square feet at 9 West 57th Street) and Nordic Capital (10,000 square feet at 535 Madison Avenue). He is currently active on a number of private equity and hedge fund transactions in Manhattan’s Plaza District, ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 square feet.    

Potter actively participates in Cushman & Wakefield’s firm-wide charitable initiatives as well as AIAG-specific causes. He also mentors college students at the Real Estate School at his alma mater, Syracuse University.
