John Colvin is an associate director, project management, with Avison Young. He specializes in owner representation, advising clients through the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to close-out. In his career, Colvin has handled complex projects with budgets ranging from $13 million to $55 million.
Highlights include working with Hampshire Companies on its 108,993-square-foot speculative warehouse in North Arlington, NJ; representing Crow Holdings in its 651,579-square-foot spec warehouse in Ontelaunee, PA; and handling KBS’ King of Prussia, PA’s $1.3-million conference center capital improvement projects.
Colvin participates in Avison Young’s annual Global Day of Giving, a company-wide event where employees volunteer their time to support local organizations. He is also involved with projects that give back to the community and various school districts.
