Bozena (Bo) Sarzynska

Bozena Sarzynska is a senior associate in Morrison Foerster’s (MoFo) Real Estate Group, where she represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, and development of a wide variety of commercial real estate assets across the United States.

She represented the lead lender in a $973-million construction loan for the construction of a major technology company’s new office campus in New York City. She also represented the lead lender on a $1.250-billion unsecured line of credit to a group of borrowers managed by a large, multinational financial institution.

Sarzynska recruits, hires and trains junior real estate attorneys. She participates in several workplace initiatives, including MoFo Women and MoFo Allies Network, and industry organizations, including the Real Estate Lenders Association and Women in Fund Finance. She runs an active pro bono practice, partnering with organizations such as Volunteers of Legal Service, Sanctuary for Families, Family Legal Care, the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and the Innocence Project.
