As an associate focused on acquisitions and asset management at AmTrust RE, Arnav Vaid identifies and executes real estate investment opportunities to expand and diversify the company’s multibillion-dollar real estate portfolio. He leads the acquisition process, from deal underwriting to due diligence to deal execution. He has managed commercial and residential real estate acquisitions totaling $200 million.
Notable deals include the $65-million acquisition of the 268,000-square-foot 360 Lexington Avenue in Midtown East. Vaid is also working with the company to develop a plan to allocate millions in capital across its New York properties.
Vaid is committed to mentoring the next generation of real estate industry talent. He regularly works one-on-one with interns to help them understand the complexities of the New York City real estate market. He is a member of the Real Estate Institute Student Association (REISA), a student-run organization offered through his alma mater, NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate.
