As SRS Senior Vice President and Managing Principal, Kyle Fant is responsible for growing the northeast region of SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group. This includes increasing the market share of net leased property sales and hiring and providing mentorship to new agents and staff. Kyle is also involved in the leadership team of SRS National Net Lease Group, Capital Markets.

His greatest professional milestone accomplishment within the past three years was crossing $1 billion in aggregate value sold. Over the past four years, Fant has sold 205 properties with an aggregate deal value of $886 million. One transaction was the sale of the Amazon Delivery Station in Fort Wayne, IN, which won CoStar’s 2024 Sale/Acquisition of the Year for Indiana. Fant also received recognition from Connect Media.

Fant is actively involved with multiple charitable causes, including Shriners Children’s and Victory Junction.
