As Monday Properties’ Vice President, Acquisition and Capital Properties, Macy Finn has a significant role within the firm’s acquisition process. She is involved with the initial underwriting and due diligence, as well as the capitalization and closing process. She has worked closely with senior leadership on the expansion of the firm’s platform in vital growth markets up and down the East Coast.

Since joining Monday Properties in 2018, Finn has been involved with 11 office and multifamily acquisitions, totaling $847 million in deal volume. She recently played a key role in the firm’s expanding multifamily platform through the acquisition of value-add assets in high-growth markets. Through her efforts, Monday Properties successfully recapitalized both the equity and debt on 1812 N. Moore, its 540,000-square-foot trophy office building in Arlington, VA.

Finn is actively involved in the real estate program at her alma mater, the University of Florida, where she mentors and advises students and coordinates job placements for graduates. Commercial Observer has honored her as a Top Young Professional.

These are just a few reasons we chose Macy Finn as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
