Michael Tuccillo is a senior vice president at Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office and leads the Tuccillo Group. He oversees a dynamic team specializing in investment sales across a broad range of asset types, including retail, mixed-use, multifamily, office and net-leased properties. He serves clients throughout Long Island, Queens and the tri-state area, providing strategic guidance aligned with their long-term financial objectives.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2016, he has closed more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions. Notable deals include the $118-million sale of the 244-unit affordable Vista (Port Jefferson Station, NY), the $21.5 million sale of the 168,000-square-foot Courthouse Plaza (Central Islip) and the $18.5 million transaction of the 39,000-square-foot Merrick Shopping Center (Merrick).

Tuccillo’s contributions over the years have earned him recurring recognition within Marcus & Millichap. He is a six-time Sales Recognition Award honoree, a three-time recipient of the National Achievement Award and a Chairman’s Club member. He built his team from the ground up and directly mentors four brokers. In the community, Tuccillo participates in Bike MS.
