An associate in Fried Frank’s powerhouse Real Estate Department since 2021, Katie Warren represents clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, primarily on lender-side financing. She advises banks, debt funds and other institutional lenders on the origination, syndication, and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans.

In New York, Warren advised on financing the redevelopment of an iconic building in Times Square and secured construction financing for a new luxury hotel and condominium residences in Midtown Manhattan. Nationally, she has worked on construction financing totaling $3 billion for data center projects in Virginia and Texas. She has also negotiated a co-lender agreement for $2.24 billion in construction financing for the 67-story Fontainebleau Las Vegas hotel.

Warren works with mentoring initiatives within Fried Frank to develop young attorneys; she mentors ten associates. She teaches younger associates through Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and is a member of Fried Frank’s Associate Development Committee.

Warren participates with the Volunteers of Legal Services Clinic and the Legal Services of the Hudson Valley’s housing clinic, where she offers pro bono assistance.
