As Partner/Chair in Stoel Rives’ Seattle office, Adam Coady’s practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions. These include acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing in the health care, office, multifamily and retail sectors. He represents property owners, developers, lenders, health care providers, investors, and tenants throughout the Pacific Northwest. Coady is also the Chair of Stoel Rives’ Real Estate, Construction & Development Industry Group.

Notable experience includes representing a private real estate company in it $77 million acquisition of a Puget Sound shopping center and representing a developer in connection with a $105 million construction loans for a multifamily development in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.

Coady is a member of NAIOP and ULI, where he served as a board member with ULI’s Young Leacers Group. He also participated in the Center for Sustainable Leadership and Leadership Tomorrow education. In addition, Coady has been active with Seattle Counseling Service. He is a former Peace Corps Volunteer.
