Lisa Peterson is a Partner with Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle. Her focus involves counseling clients in all aspects of commercial and industrial real estate purchases and sales, project development and ownership. She regularly represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving office, retail, industrial and laboratory. Peterson works with landlords on an ongoing basis, managing their lease portfolios and handling various property management issues.

Peterson has represented Apple American Group, Hines Interests Limited Partnership, Joshua Green Corp., Principal Real Estate Investors, Seattle Union Station, and SITQ. Notable experiences include representing Hines Interests in it site acquisition, development, leasing and sale of the IDX Tower in Seattle, as well as additional office buildings in the metro.

She was named to Best Lawyers in America: Real Estate Law, and as one of “America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (Real Estate) by Chambers USA (Washington). Chambers USA also named her a “Recognized Partner.”
