Viviana Addo is the Founder and Principal of VMCASA Real Estate, leading the firm’s Global Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Investment Sales. Her responsibilities include creating, optimizing and maximizing portfolio value for her clients in New York and worldwide.
One notable deal she recently closed was the Frederick Samuel Collaborative, a 664-unit, $270-million multifamily development. She is currently working on selling a Massachusetts multifamily portfolio investment.
Addo is an active diversity and sustainability advocate who pursues this advocacy through her podcast, Growing Cities. She will represent the Growing Cities Podcast at the UN COP16 hosted in Colombia this year and has advocated for diversity and sustainability for years.
Addo is also very active with CREW NY, serving on that organization’s board and executive team. She leads the strategy and outreach for DEI-driven programming. Additionally, Addo created and executed the Equity Workshop Series, which focused on ESG Innovation and Social Value creation. She hosted CREW New York’s DEI luncheon in April, driving the event to greater success than in previous years.
