Based in Dallas, Newmark Executive Managing Director Kim Moore spearheads the Economic Incentives Advisory and Economic Development Consulting services, driving marketing efforts and strategic planning for the private and public sectors. Moore is also responsible for business development for her practices and cross-selling across Newmark’s offerings. She leads client projects, ensures high-quality deliverables and results, and manages a team of nine direct reports. She developed Newmark’s Economic Development Consulting service line.

Moore is a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a regent of the local chapter. She also raised funds for breast cancer research by participating in the Susan G. Komen three-day, 60-mile Walk. Renowned for her thought-leading insights, Moore is often a featured speaker/panelist at multiple economic development and site selection-focused conferences per year.

While at Newmark, Moore managed multiple projects, securing almost 14.7 million square feet of new and redeveloped space, increasing the tax base with committed investments of more than $10.5 billion, creating over 28,800 new jobs, and negotiating over $11.1 billion in incentives. Furthermore, Moore has handled high-profile headquarters relocations for several prestigious corporations, including global giants like AllianceBernstein, AT&T, Farmer Bros. Co. and MoneyGram International.

Moore’s project awards include D CEO Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate, Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of the Year and Best Headquarters or Campus Move, the Jerry Fults Memorial Award for the Best Real Estate Deal of the Year and the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Momentum Dallas.
