Erin Patton

Erin Patton is a market leader in the disposition and acquisition of retail assets throughout the Midwest region. She is with The Patton Wiles Fuller Group of Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors division. Patton is the top-producing female agent across the firm for any property type.

She focuses on retail investment sales, including single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout the country and the Midwest markets. Over the last two decades, she has closed over $3.9 billion in retail property sales, comprising 42 million square feet throughout 34 states.

Key closings over the past 12 months include the 183,360-square-foot Marketplace on First (Cedar Rapids, IA), the 271,690-square-foot Springfield Commons (Toledo, OH) and The 315,689-square-foot Shops at Boardman Park (Boardman, OH).

Many agents associated with the Patton Wiles Fuller team have achieved recognition as vice presidents, associate vice presidents, senior associates and associates within the company under Patton’s leadership. Throughout her tenure at Marcus & Millichap, she has assisted with training and mentoring more than a dozen junior agents.

Patton participates in ICSC events as a chair and panelist. She has been quoted in national trade, regional and local business publications nationwide. Patton volunteers her time in the community and donates to several charitable organizations, including Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Fairy Godmothers.

She has received numerous recognitions and industry awards, including an induction into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame.
