Recently promoted to the new position of President of Mortgage Banking
Helped launch the Lument platform through the merger of three nationally recognized commercial lenders
Lument recently named Tyler Griffin to the newly created post of President of Mortgage Banking in recognition of her expanded responsibilities as part of the company’s growth strategy. In this role, Griffin oversees the company’s entire loan production and debt capital markets businesses. She manages operations across all loan platforms, supports technology initiatives, and plays a key role in rolling out Lument’s growth strategy. Since Lument’s launch in 2020, Griffin has overseen numerous teams, including marketing, credit and transaction management.
In 2020, Griffin guided the merger of three commercial real estate lenders—Hunt Real Estate Capital, RED Capital Group, and Lancaster Pollard—into one cohesive platform, launching the new Lument brand. Today, Lument handles a servicing portfolio of over $50 billion.
Griffin coaches her son’s Little League team. She played Division I Women’s Soccer at Vanderbilt and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
