As National Director of Retail Services and Practice Groups for the U.S., Anjee Solanki provides strategic leadership to more than 500 retail professionals nationally across 156 Colliers offices. She has worked on properties like open-air lifestyle centers, mixed-use retail/residential and resort retail, across investment sales, agency leasing, customized tenant representation/site selection, and retail asset and property management.

Solanki has developed and continues to manage strong working relationships with institutional and private clients such as the State of Florida, Heitman, Grosvenor Americas, and Nuveen. She is the Executive Sponsor of Colliers’ Pan-Asian Network and is team lead on Colliers’ D&I strategies and initiatives. Additionally, Solanki is an active member of the ICSC’s D&I committee and a member of that organization’s board of trustees. She has served as a Forbes Real Estate Council member and board trustee and treasurer for the Iyengar Yoga community.

She earned GlobeSt’s “Best Bosses and “Retail Influencer” awards, while Bisnow named her as one of the top “Bay Area Power Women.” Real Estate Forum honored her as a “Top Woman in Real Estate.”
