Helped secure Unispace's largest project—Kenvue’s NJ world headquarters

Under her leadership, repeat business doubled from 35% to 65%

Rose Williams is Managing Director of Corporate Interiors for Unispace Americas at Unispace Group. In this role, she takes on P&L responsibility for the Americas region Corporate Interiors business unit–one of the most significant elements of Unispace Group’s portfolio. She develops and manages the region. Williams also provides business development support across the Americas region, develops, maintains and advances client relationships through repeat business and delivery excellence, monitors project performance, and implements improvement when needed.

Williams helped secure Unispace’s largest project—Kenvue’s new world headquarters in New Jersey. Under her leadership, the company doubled its repeat customer business from 2022 to 2023 (from 35% to 65% respectively) and developed clear plans and a pipeline to achieve 80% repeat customers by the end of 2024.

She has successfully created a strategy to expand the company’s supplier base to include more women—and minority-owned businesses. Williams is a member of Chief and CoreNet (the New York and Global chapters) and regularly contributes insights to industry publications.

These are just a few reasons Rose Williams is one of the National Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
