Neha Santiago is Head of Real Estate Private Credit for Cerberus Capital Management. In this position, Santiago leads a team of 15 investment professionals across the US and Europe, oversees the fund’s investing and management, and is an active Real Estate Debt Investment Committee member.

Santiago was integral in closing the Cerberus Real Estate Debt Fund, L.P. (CREDF I) in 2021, securing total commitments of $561 million. Furthermore, she contributed to Cerberus Real Estate Debt Fund II, L.P. (CREDF II), raising $515 million. Santiago brings over 18 years of experience in the real estate investing industry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Santiago is deeply committed to her local community. In 2023, she was honored with the Champion for Youth Award at SparkYouth’s Annual Awards Benefit. She is pivotal in advancing Cerberus-led initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry. Santiago works with organizations like WX and Girls who Invest, also serving on the board of SparkYouth and organizing Cerberus volunteer team days. She remains an active alumna of Cornell University.

Santiago has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her distinguished career. She has been named to the Commercial Observer’s Power Finance and was recognized as one of Bisnow’s 46 Women Leading Real Estate.

In addition to her involvement with SparkYouth, Neha remains an active alumna of Cornell University, where she contributes her expertise as a member of the Cornell University Dyson Advisory Council.”
