Monica Scieszka is a Director at Dune Real Estate Partners, where she originates, evaluates and structures new investment opportunities and executes the business plans and value creation strategies for Dune’s existing investments. She also leads the oversight and business plan execution of Dune’s land positions (8,000+ single-family lots) and extended-stay hotel portfolio, totaling 5,400 keys.

Since joining Dune in 2019, Scieszka has contributed to Dune’s acquisition and development of 2,579 hotel keys, 4.2 million square feet of industrial space, and 1,239 multifamily units.

Scieszka leads the new hire process for Dune’s junior investment team. She also serves as an IREI Springboard nominee/mentor, mentoring investment and asset team members. Scieszka is a mentor with the University of Pennsylvania—Zell Lurie Real Estate Center.
