Emily Schultz is Berkadia’s Senior Vice President and head of Fannie Mae Originations. She drives the Fannie Mae business while overseeing the deal management teams that do all the sizing and structuring of Fannie Mae quotes. Since joining Berkadia in 2019, Schultz has overseen the growth of Berkadia’s Fannie Mae market share each year. Berkadia’s Fannie Mae volume ranking has risen from 4th place in 2019 to the current year-to-date position of #1 in 2024.

Schultz is actively involved in several organizations. She is a Past Chair of the CREFC/Multifamily Forum, a Fannie Mae DUS DE&I Subcommittee Chair and Head of the DE&I Events Subcommittee. In 2024, she was selected as the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Multifamily Co-Chair.
