Pauline Hale
Helped design and implement JLL’s quality control framework
Assisted with implementing Cal State’s real estate concentration
Pauline Hale is the U.S. Head of Quality Control for JLL Value and Risk Advisory business, which encompasses 240 experts across the country. She’s responsible for the internal peer review appraisal team while also working on developing standards, best practices and training across all property sectors within the business. In her role, Hale helped design, launch, and implement JLL’s new quality control framework.
As a Cal State Fullerton Center for Real Estate’s Advisory Board member, Hale helped implement the school’s real estate concentration and coursework. Hale was also a member of CREW’s global board, where she helped design and launch CREW’s five-year global strategic plan. Hale also serves on CREW Orange County’s and Higher OC Organization’s boards, is a member of the Appraisal Institute’s Women’s Initiative Committee and is a lecturer and Argus instructor at Cal State Fullerton.
Hale is a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors member, a CCIM and an Appraisal Institute Designated Member. In her spare time, she travels around the country with her three dachshunds; her pups hold three hunting and four performance titles, while one is ranked among the top 20 dogs in the U.S.
