As Florida Managing Principal, Wanda Riley leads Cushman & Wakefield’s seven offices across the state, including Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale.

She provides strategic leadership across the firm’s $250-million-plus business and service lines, including leasing, capital markets, debt and equity, asset services, valuation and advisory, and project and development services. She oversees the development and execution of Cushman & Wakefield’s market plan and growth strategies throughout Florida.

Before her current role, Riley served as Cushman & Wakefield’s Director of Brokerage Services & Operations, where she was responsible for ensuring the profitability of Cushman & Wakefield’s $150 million Florida business while overseeing the infrastructure for 800 professionals.

She is a founding member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network and Cushman Cares Florida and helped start and formerly served as program director for Cushman & Wakefield’s CFO Roundtable.

Riley is a former member of the Orlando Economic Partnership Board of Directors and serves on the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and the University of Central Florida Real Estate Advisory Council. She has been active with CREW Orlando, serving as the organization’s president at one time.

She has received accolades from The Women’s Edge (Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida), Orlando Business Journal (Women Who Mean Business), CREW Orlando (President’s Award and Catalyst Award) and GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum (Women of Influence). Her firm also honored her with its Excellence in Leadership Award.
