Since 2020, has been involved in transactions totaling 390,804 square feet

Alexie Fonseca, Colliers’ Senior Vice President, Retail Services, is part of The Retail Collective of Central Florida (formerly the Gabbai-Fonseca Retail Team), consisting of experienced commercial real estate professionals serving landlords, developers, and tenants in the Central Florida area. She focuses on landlord leasing and specializes in mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers and commercial strips.

During her 17-year career, Fonseca has generated over $541 million in sales. Since joining Colliers in 2020, she has been involved in transactions totaling 390,804 square feet and $192 million in total transaction volume.

The Retail Collective was recognized by the Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CFCAR) with the Hallmark Deal of the Year Award for their work on the $50 million revitalization of Winter Park Village. This led Fonseca and colleague David Gabbai to create a new Colliers service that pitches redevelopment services. Currently, they’re working with Wyld Oaks, a 300-acre mixed-use development in Apopka, and Lee Vista Promenade, Phase II – a 100,000-square-foot addition to Lee Vista Promenade.

Fonseca is an active member of Colliers’ Hispanic Leadership Group and Colliers’ Women’s group. She is also behind many of the local networking and fundraising events hosted by the Colliers Orlando office.

Fonseca and Gabbai are in the early stages of founding a 501(c)(3) organization – Adopt a Single Mom – dedicated to helping single mothers who are trying to better themselves and further their careers. Fonseca works with other organizations, including The Greatest Commandment (TGC) and One Purse.

These are just a few reasons Alexie Fonseca is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2025 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
