Christina Stine Jolley is Senior Vice President & Broward Market Leader at Blanca Commercial Real Estate. She leads the firm’s strategic growth in Broward County, leveraging her network to expand client relationships, drive leasing activity, and strengthen Blanca’s presence in one of South Florida’s most competitive markets. She works with business development, market leadership, and client advisory, and mentors junior team members.

Jolley’s high-profile assignments include leasing PEBB Enterprises’ 200,000-square-foot office portfolio, which spans Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, including Boca Corporate Plaza and the 6400 Building. She also represented the owner in Morgan Stanley’s 42,000-square-foot renewal at Aventura Corporate Center.

Her community activities include membership on the boards of the Jack & Jill Children’s Center and Friends of the Museum of Discovery and Science, committee leadership with the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, and membership on ULI’s Fort Lauderdale Forum committee. Jolley is also a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, the Florida Blue Key, and the Chi Omega Sorority.
