Handled the $8.2-million sale of the First United Methodist Church (Orlando)

Carlin Beekman is a Vice President of Foundry Commercial’s Mission Property Group (MPG), and the first woman producer on the team.
The team assists non-profits, schools and religious organizations with their real estate needs. Beekman collaborates with portfolio and denominational leaders on long-term strategy, advising church leaders from conception to execution on projects. Additionally, she represents a handful of nonprofit foundations.
Her notable deals include the $8.2-million sale of the First United Methodist Church in Orlando, the $10.7-million sale of the First Lutheran in Greenwich, CT, and a $5.1-million student housing transaction in Columbus, OH.
Within the company, Beekman is a Foundry Ambassador. This program pairs new hires with seasoned associates, guiding them as they settle into the organization. Furthermore, while Beekman operates out of the company’s Orlando, FL office, she is working with the company to help build the MPG team in Dallas.
Along with being active in various local organizations in Orlando, Beekman is active with a nonprofit called INUA Partners in Hope.
