As an Executive Director at JLL Value & Risk Advisory, Inna Babakulieva leads the Southeast Multi-Housing Valuation team. She manages a growing group of professionals, mentors junior staff, and oversees valuations for complex multifamily, mixed-use and specialty assets. She handles business development, client relationship management, and the strategic expansion of the valuation platform, ensuring best-in-class delivery for high-profile assignments.
Since joining JLL, Babakulieva has led valuations for high-profile projects throughout Florida and the Southeast, including development sites, master-planned communities and mixed-use builds.
Secondarily, Babakulieva is the go-to individual for funeral home and cemetery appraisals, leading national portfolios of 40 to 50 properties.
Babakulieva is engaged in shaping JLL’s Value & Risk Advisory platform by mentoring analysts and associates, leading calls and updates to share insights, build team cohesion, and provide support in areas such as work-life balance and employee well-being.
She holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Babakulieva is currently serving a two-year term on the Board of Directors for the South Florida chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has been selected for JLL’s Future of Leadership Program.
