Katyann Beerbower is the Director of Leasing & Asset Management at Basis Industrial, based in Orlando, FL. She manages third-party brokers, directly leases over one million square feet of small-bay industrial assets, cultivates brokerage relationships, and implements comprehensive leasing strategies. She oversees the entire three-million-square-foot small bay industrial assets in Florida.
She implemented Yardi Deal Manager, streamlining deal tracking and improving operational efficiency. She has established standardized leasing and asset management processes and procedures, creating a more consistent and scalable framework for portfolio growth. Additionally, Beerbower is an early adopter and champion of CRE ProTECH, which helps drive automation and efficiency in the asset class that is heavily dependent on responsiveness and speed of execution.
In the industry, Beerbower serves on the BOMA Board of Directors and chairs the organization’s Industrial Committee. She is also a Girl Scout troop leader and a founder of the Grindle Honors Institute and the Grindle Family Foundation at Seminole State College. She is also an active volunteer for the Orlando Science Center and the Pet Alliance of Central Florida.
BOMA recognized Beerbower as an Emerging Professional of the Year.
