As Founder and Manager of Footprynt, Shelley Balanda launched and oversees a company that provides seasoned COOs, offering experience to companies without increasing overhead costs.

Since hanging the Footprynt shingle, Balanda has generated more than $50 million in added enterprise value for over 30 national clients from founder-led companies to well-known brands. During her career, she has overseen over $5 billion in property acquisitions, secured over $1 billion in joint venture capital and led major organizational shifts.

An active member of CREW Boston, Balanda has also been invited to speak on industry councils and panels. In the community, Balanda is actively involved with and supports Girls Inc. of New Hampshire and The Kita Center.

She has been named CREW Entrepreneur of the Year and honored with the Boston Real Estate Times’ Transformational Strategist in Real Estate.
