Katie Snyder is the senior vice president of development with National Development (ND). She manages all facets of the real estate development process, including design, permitting, leasing, financing and construction.

Since joining the firm in March 2015, Snyder has been involved with the company’s high-profile Boston-area projects, including the 1.3-million-square-foot, mixed-use District Burlington (Burlington), the 167-unit, 62-plus Avenu at Natick (Natick) and 99 Coolidge, a 320,000-square-foot life sciences complex (Watertown).

Snyder serves on ND’s ESG committee and maintains an open-door policy while acting as a trusted resource for guidance and mentorship.

In the community, she dedicates her time to many community and youth-focused activities, including serving on the Winchester Swim and Tennis Club board.

Bisnow has recognized Synder as Power Woman Development, Construction, and Design Leader and a Next Generation Commercial Real Estate Leader. She also received a Corporate Citizen Award from JLL for her work volunteering with Citizen Schools, as well as Rookie of the Year at Spaulding & Slye Colliers.
