Molly Heath
First woman to lead JLL’s Boston Life Sciences Practice
Led Vertex Pharmaceuticals' landmark lease renewal at Fan Pier
Joining JLL in 2007 and advancing through the ranks, Molly Heath was promoted in 2025 to Executive Managing Director, becoming the first woman to lead the Boston Life Sciences Practice. She is on JLL’s National Life Sciences Leadership Council and the Investor Advisory Council.
Heath led the landmark renewal for Vertex Pharmaceuticals at Fan Pier, one of the largest life-science leases in the United States. She has advised on transformative projects for Microsoft, Harvard, Amgen, Avencell, BioMed Realty, Alexandria Real Estate, Amazon and others.
Within JLL, Heath is a sought-after voice on national leadership councils and a trusted mentor in the company’s signature development programs. She mentors through national programs, including the firm’s maternity-mentor initiative, and is an active member of JLL’s Women’s Network. She serves on the National Investor Advisory Council and Boston Leadership Council.
She supports early-stage biotech ventures through Science2Startup, mentors youth at the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club, and volunteers with Boston Public Schools and the Eliot School.
Heath has been honored by Bisnow (Boston Power Woman), GlobeSt (ELITE Women of Influence) and the Boston Real Estate Times (Outstanding Women of Commercial Real Estate).
