Grew a construction/design firm into a 15-member practice
Recent projects include a 20,000-square-foot headquarters renovation
Molly Pidgeon founded Pidgeon & Co. in 2013 and built it into a practice with over 15 team members that combines both construction management and design. Under her leadership, Pidgeon & Co. has delivered complex projects including commercial interiors, healthcare facilities, higher education spaces and boutique retail and restaurant environments.
Recent projects have included a 20,000-square-foot renovation of a clinical diagnostics headquarters and the development of a 5,000-square-foot facility for the Newton Food Pantry.
Pidgeon regularly presents on industry panels and is actively involved with CREW Boston and works with the organization’s Leadership Academy. She serves as the co-chair of IFMA Boston’s Sustainability Committee and CREW Boston’s Entrepreneur Committee. Additionally, Pidgeon is an instructor at U-Mass Boston, an IPAS at Wentworth, and a member of the Energy Efficiency Commission.
She has been honored by CREW (Entrepreneur of the Year) and the Boston Business Journal (40 under 40).
