Fifth Wall

Closed on investments for ServiceTitan, Juniper Square and RoadRunner

Helped expand the previous company, adding 10 investments to that portfolio

Steve Wu is the principal of the investment team at Fifth Wall. Wu joined Fifth Wall in May 2022 and is responsible for sourcing new proptech investments from mid- to late-stage companies, underwriting, due diligence and deal execution.

Wu also helps manage the firm’s growth stage fund and drives strategic initiatives across Fifth Wall’s Limited partner base, consisting of over 110 of the largest real estate owner-operators across over 20 companies. Wu closed notable investments for the company, including ServiceTitan—fifth on the prestigious Forbes Cloud 100 List in 2023—Juniper Square and RoadRunner. He has been a technology growth investor for nine years, helping to expand his previous company, HIG Growth Partners, from two to eight people and its portfolio to 10 investments.

Wu is a member of After Arts and has performed with the organization at Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall. He is an active New York City community member and tutors inner-city kids with Minds Matter. He is also a member of the MIT Club of New York, where he participates in volunteer activities like delivering meals to housing projects.

These are just a few reasons we selected Steve Wu as one of Connect CRE’s National 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
