Ryan Paquin is a director and leader of Anchin’s Cost Segregation Group. He has over ten years of valuation and fixed asset experience. Within the past year, he established and directed Archin’s cost segregation group.

He assists clients with maintaining fixed asset accounting methods that favorably conform to the most recent federal tangible property regulations. In addition to tax deprecation, Paquin also provides fixed asset valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes. He is engaged with the company’s firm-wide initiatives.

He worked with domestic and internal clients across multiple industries, including real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, media and telecom, retail, construction, and food and beverage. He regularly develops insightful articles and participates in speaking engagements for real estate industry publication conferences.
