Joey Tumminello is a director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and is responsible for business development and dispositions in the Dallas-Fort Worth multifamily markets. Tumminello joined the firm in 2015 and has facilitated more than $2 billion in sale transactions for institutional clients and high-net-worth investors since that time.

Through his in-depth interactions with clients, industry leaders and his team, Tumminello understands the critical decisions facing investors in today’s market. His extensive market knowledge enables Tumminello to advise clients and provide the customizable solutions they need to overcome challenges and exceed their investment goals. His main areas of expertise include property valuation, implementing marketing strategies and advising clients on current market conditions.

Tumminello is active with the Emerging Leaders of The National Multifamily Housing Council and the Touchdown Club of Dallas.
